TranslateHey future roommates (m/f)! We, Huize De Engel, are looking for a new roommate! (Dutch Speaker only) We are a mixed house with currently 6 boys and 6 girls. The room will be available from June 1st! The room is 11 m2 in size. You pay €385 incl. Our house is located in the middle of the city center of Deventer, on the Grote Overstraat. The house is located right in the center, so all the necessary amenities are just around the corner! For example, Saxion is 5 minutes by bike, station is 3 minutes by bike and the IJssel and supermarket are less than a 2-minute walk away. Our house has a spacious roof terrace, a large kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Furthermore, we don't have fixed house evenings, but we do spend a lot of time together. For example, we regularly have drinks, we cook a lot together, we watch Netflix and we have fun house parties. We also go to festivals and/or other events together and we can regularly be found in the city, both on the terrace and dancing in the pub. None of this is mandatory.
